Jesus I Trust in You please grant us perseverance in all trials, hardships and tests!

I was looking at the the strategies for the GRE and some ideas came to me in regards to the spiritual test that I (that we all) must take. I guess I have been thinking quite a bit these last few days about God putting us to the test since the last few days have had some difficulties. No one I can think of enjoys hardships or trials but it is in the struggle that we grow. I have been through much worse than the past couple days/ weeks and I have no doubt that through God's Mercy and Grace things will get better. I think, as I go through these little trials of trust, hope and faith that these are the times when the evil one can best take advantage of our weakness and cause us (myself) to fall out of hope in Christ and that leads to further suffering and temptation to despair. This morning after I returned from Confession and Sunday Mass I happened an explanation of the Hebrew word for test being Nisah which is derived from the word Nase which means flag (as in a ship or country flag). I think that the 'flag' referenced to is one of Endurance, Faith and Hope- at least for me. Today, I pray for endurance to fight the good fight. There can be no doubt though to me that my strength comes from God and especially through Our Lord in the Holy Eucharist. Without the Grace that flows from Christ's Body and Blood I just grow embittered and anxious but through Him I can endure, persevere and even grow in faith. So for those who today are also dealing with trials and hardships of any kind I tell you that you are not alone in your struggles and you CAN through Christ Our Lord overcome and raise your flag upon the mountain of God. I have also posted the Litany of The Precious Blood of Christ Our Lord and some Sacred Scripture references that I draw strength from as I endure my little testing.
Make my will like unto Yours Lord Jesus and help me persevere towards You! Amen.
