Praised be Jesus Christ!! Now and Forever!!
I have been richly blessed in my life in the Church with great devout faithful Priests of Christ. I could not have asked for better sources for advise or men to look to for examples of what real witnesses of the Gospel are. I can not even imagine the stress and strain that these men endure daily to be heralds of Christ. Between all the complaints, all the good intentioned people who want to discuss things, all the Masses, the confessions, the funerals, the weddings ect. To do all of this with little or no pay and the responsibility of all the souls under their charge and then to still find time to keep up their own spiritual journey- it amazes me. I think about the vast numbers of men who go about their holy work many times except outside their parish or diocese in relative obscurity. Men who have been blessed with exceptional minds who if were doing anything else would be bringing in the money hand over fist in salaries and bonuses. These men of faith who have in many cases left everything for the sake of Christ and His Bride deserve our support. They see our happy times and the times when we are at our worst. To me it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that their call is Divine in nature for no one could endure all that for anything else.

I have been blessed. I have had great confessors, great preachers, great listeners and great friends and there can be no doubt that I am a Christian and (at least attempting to be) a faithful Catholic because of the examples I have had and continue to have. So, my request is simple tell your priests thank you and offer many prayers for them daily. I would even suggest that during your family prayer time and as your kids (if you have any) are praying their bed time prayers to say a prayer for your priests by name and for all priests. You can also write them a quick note or card or have younger kids draw a picture for them. The picture idea might even open up a channel for some unexpected home catechisis. The biggest thing is to pray for them constantly.
I know some of the busiest seasons of the Church year are coming up in a few weeks/ months why not have a novena of prayer and fasting for the priests that Grace and Love and Mercy may flow with abundance into their souls and their ministry. You can even have a extra weekly Holy Hour of Adoration before Our Lord and offer it for your priests and all priests- you can do the same for your parish too. Lots of suggestions -so you need to find what you can do and then do it in thanksgiving for the priests who nourish us and minister to us and so many souls.
Omnia Pro Iesu Per Mariam!

Lord Jesus, You have chosen Your priests from among us and sent them out to proclaim Your word and to act in Your name. For so great a gift to Your Church, we give You praise and thanksgiving. We ask You to fill them with the fire of Your love, that their ministry may reveal Your presence in the Church. Since they are earthen vessels, we pray that Your power shine out through their weakness. In their afflictions let them never be crushed; in their doubts never despair; in temptation never be destroyed; in persecution never abandoned.

Inspire them through prayer to live each day the mystery of Your dying and rising. In time of weakness send them Your Spirit, and help them to praise Your heavenly Father and pray for poor sinners. By the same Holy Spirit, put Your word on their lips and Your love in their hearts, to bring good news to the poor and healing to the brokenhearted. And may the gift of Mary, Your mother, to the disciple whom You loved, be Your gift to every priest. Grant that she who formed You in her human image, may form them in Your divine image, by the power of Your Spirit, to the glory of God the Father. Amen.

O Mary conceived without sin pray for use who have recourse to you.
O Mary conceived without sin pray for use who have recourse to you.
O Mary conceived without sin pray for use who have recourse to you. (Prayer for Priests Source)
