Praised be Jesus Christ!! Now and Forever!!

Spirit Daily ran a great article linked here about some of the very weird, even evil, things that have happened with people at 3AM. I think you need to read it to know what I have reference to. Now I am the last person who needs to speak of what the lack of sleep can do for a person. I would never want to encourage anyone to stay up when God may be wanting you to sleep and rest to serve Christ Our Lord another day. With that said though if you are a night owl, like I seem to be, or you just wake up in the middle of the night this is what I suggest. Offer up a Chaplet of Divine Mercy and a Rosary for an outpouring of Grace and Mercy into the souls of those who are furthest from God and may be even in the grips of the evil one. Ask Our Merciful God for those souls to be flooded with Grace and Mercy and Light that they may find God. Ask for the protection from Our Loving and Merciful God for all people especially those in your life. Pray and read aloud the words of St. Paul to the Ephesians (Ephesians 1: 3-10) and especially do that while gazing on the crucifix. I would also recommend the old prayer from the Church that is in the Divine Office which I have placed below. Pray the St. Michael prayer and a Hail Mary. Then place your trust in the God of Truth and Mercy and get some sleep.
I think that
the prayers of a sleepy warrior of Christ and especially praise and thanksgiving to Our Lord Jesus Christ can reap a great harvest of Grace, Mercy and Light. We bring before God praise and adoration for the souls who may not be lost in darkness so that God's Love will bring forth a wellspring of abundant fruit in all souls and we pray for God's Mercy and Divine Protection. In the end we must place our trust and hope to Christ Jesus and not be anxious or worried. May Jesus Christ be praised at all the hours of the night and day forever!
Omnia Pro Iesu Per Mariam!!

"Visit this house, we beg you, Lord, and banish from it the deadly power of the evil one. May your holy angels dwell here to keep us in peace, and may your blessing be always upon us. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen."
