The following reading was in the mid afternoon prayer for today and really hit home to me while I was before
Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. I hope that it helps you to gain lasting Hope which comes from God.
We must remember it is the evil one who wants to take away our hope and give us anxiety: he is the enemy that we call upon God to deliver us from. In Christ we have Mercy and peace so we press on through the pain and evil of the day towards our goal which is the Beatific Vision.

Omnia Pro Iesu Per Mariam!!

"Fear not, my children; call upon God, who will deliver you from oppression at enemy hands. I have trusted in the Eternal God for your welfare, and joy has come to me from the Holy One Because of the mercy that will swiftly reach you from your eternal savior. With mourning and lament I sent you forth, but God will give you back to me with enduring gladness and joy." + Baruch 4: 21-23
